We at Catric Corporation have worked closely with Claude West on various projects since 1982, when he was a Senior Executive at Southwestern Bell Corp. (now AT&T) in St. Louis, MO and we were retained by him to advise their Company on the development of its first strategic Business Plan on being divested by AT&T Corporation. Claude West acts as a Consultant and Advisor to us on all communications projects. Claude West has had 36 years of extensive telecommunications experience as a Senior Executive with Companies like AT&T, Southwestern Bell, Rogers Communications, Unisys Corp., Winstar Wireless, Inc., GE Capital (Rescom), etc. We detail his work experience, education and community activities to date:

1966 - 1991
A member of the executive management team of American Telephone and Telegraph, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, and Southwestern Bell Corporation. Experienced in the disciplines of network operations, strategic planning, marketing and sales. Served as V.P. Marketing/Sales Operations for Texas, President of Bell’s Oklahoma operation, and was Executive Vice President over marketing, sales, and regulatory when he chose early retirement from Southwestern Bell Corporation in December 1991.

1992 - 1993
Consultant and project manager to a Canadian telecommunications venture with Canadian Pacific and Rogers Communications. Designed and implemented marketing plan for a new interexchange carrier business serving all of Canada. AT&T purchased this company in 1998.

1994 - 1995
Designed and performed marketing studies to determine new telecommunications product opportunities for the Unisys Corporation, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. Also assigned to Unisys’ major customer accounts to assist them with their telecommunications operations effectiveness.

1995 - 1996
Served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Winstar Wireless, Inc., Tysons Corner, Virginia. Brought this start-up telephony company into operation.

Contracted with GE Capital as the Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital ResCom, a failing shared tenant services business. Closed the old company, formed a new company from the profitable components, and arranged an equity partner to operate the new company for GE Capital. Shared Technology Fairchild purchased this company in 1997 and Intermedia Communications purchased the total entity in 1998.

Executive oversight of Internet Global, Inc., an Internet wholesaler targeting fifty US markets. The company deploys VoIP, ADSL, V2L, and a portfolio of high-tech products. This company was purchased by eVentures (Unity Hunt Group) in 2000.

Chairman of Stox Broadcast, Inc., a financial information and transaction services software company. Active in raising operating funds, strategy, sales and recruiting management.

Has also consulted, on a short term basis, for many clients including: Transamerica, EDS, MCI, Amati Communications, IBM, Affinitec and many start-up ventures.
